Shipping and Delivery:
Many of the upscale dog or puppy products, unique dog and puppy accessories, and/or specialty dog or puppy items with several fabric or style/size options may be drop-shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Once orders are placed with The Pawsh Puppy, they are usually filled the following business day. Exceptions are noted within the product details.
International Orders:
The Pawsh Puppy (www.ThePawshPuppy.com) online dog boutique is set up to process orders originating and shipping within the United States, its territories, and Canada. However we are happy to accept international orders on an individual basis. We generally process these manually. If you live outside of the USA or Canada and would like to make a Pawsh Puppy purchase, please email us at (e-mail address). Once we know where you live and what upscale dog items you would like to purchase, we will let you know what the shipping charges will be. International duties, taxes, or customs charges are your responsibility. The Pawsh Puppy has no control over these charges and are required by law to list package contents and values on international shipments.
Returns and Exchanges:
The Pawsh Puppy stands behind our upscale dog merchandise and believe you and your four legged friend will be completely happy with your purchase. However, we will be glad to accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt of items. The merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging. The Pawsh Puppy inspects our merchandise carefully upon receipt from our trusted manufacturers, but if you feel you have received an upscale dog item with a manufacturing defect please call The Pawsh Puppy immediately so that we may replace the item.
Shipping and handling fees on your original Pawsh Puppy purchase are non-refundable, but will be applied to an order exchange.
Refunds can only be credited to the card used to make the original purchase. If you prefer, The Pawsh Puppy will be happy to issue a credit in the form of a Pawsh Puppy gift certificate.
